We only do free refunds for our subscription users.

Any product which they have a problem with, do not like, or do not like the taste of have 30 days to return the item/ items. as long as they have not cosumed more than 50% or the products. (to clarify, if the tub has 20 pouches, there must be 10 or more pouches remaining in the tub upon reciving the item back to our warehouse facility).
